The trainer position is a paid temporary assignment, and our 500+ trainers preserve EFE-Maroc’s high standards of quality. Under the coordination of the training department, our certified trainers have the mission to:
– Implement EFE’s educational approach.
– Provide trainings in accordance with the EFE quality standards.
– Use the training kit provided by EFE-Maroc.
– Assess the skills gained by participants.

The criteria for selecting trainers are very strict:
– A Bachelor’s degree minimum (4 years).
– More than 10 years of work experience (e.g. human resources, business administration, marketing, communication, etc.), or more than 5 years of experience as a trainer or a coach.
– Self-employement status (auto-entrepreneur) or affiliation with a training firm.
– Experience in coaching or training facilitation.
– Ability to manage and facilitate a group and to adapt to the different profiles of participants.
– A commitment to EFE-Maroc’s mission to promote youth employability and an unshakable belief in the untapped potential of youth.
