E-learning
The online soft skills training Emplea+ was developed by Accenture experts and the EFE team as part of their joint initiative “Training for the Future.” Participants begin with a skills-based assessment on the soft skills in greatest demand, including:
– Core competencies: Communication, self-confidence, self-control, compliance with rules and tasks, and mathematical reasoning;
– Cross competencies: Flexibility, interpersonal skills, client focus, tolerating frustration, initiative and decision making, focus on results, creativity, innovation, people management, negotiation, interest in learning, teamwork, and work quality;
– Digital literacy and skills.
Participants are graded for each skill and a personalized learning plan is recommended to target each specific area. Participants have unlimited access to the online platform so they can progress at their own pace.
The Emplea+ training was developed for participants with limited computer literacy and low Internet speed. It is available in French, English and Spanish and some of its content will soon be available in Arabic. More than 40,000 youth around the world have already benefited from it.
We turned a history of unemployment into multiple stories of success.
