What are the eligibility criteria to become a trainer for EFE-Morocco?
– Have a minimum Bac+4 level,
– Have more than 10 years of experience in business (human resources, sales, marketing, communication, etc.), or more than 5 years of experience as a trainer or coach,
– Have self-employed status or represent a training firm,
– Have experience in training supervision or facilitation,
– Have the ability to manage and lead a group and adapt to the different profiles of participants,
– A commitment to EFE-Morocco’s mission to promote the employability of young people and a strong conviction of their untapped potential.
How can you become a trainer for EFE-Morocco?
EFE-Maroc publishes several calls for applications per year to expand its network of trainers. The selected trainers participate in our training of trainers (TOT). TOTs are one of the characteristics of EFE-Maroc guaranteeing the quality of our training. They last 2 to 3 days and are led by our Training Manager, our Project Coordinator and a Master Trainer selected from among our most qualified and experienced trainers.
What type of contract does EFE-Morocco offer trainers?
The trainers recruited at EFE-Maroc are temporary trainers.
