EFE-Maroc training programs have been developed locally and internationally with academic and professional experts and have been adapted to the Moroccan labor market and sectoral needs. They are regularly updated by our Master Trainers and are customized according to the needs of employers.
Each EFE-Maroc training starts with an individualized skills-based assessment followed by a personalized learning plan which focuses on skills to be improved. EFE’s pedagogical approach is based on classroom, online and ‘blended’ training modules and follows the “learning by doing” concept. This interactive approach and innovative use of technology increases learning and retention of skills. Our trainings are regarded as so effective that they have been integrated into the curricula of partner universities and vocational training centers for lasting impact
