Pathways To A Job
The Pathways to a Job program track includes short-term trainings that help youth to transition successfully from education into their first job. Using a light-touch approach, we equip thousands of university students or recent graduates with the necessary tools for a successful job search: from researching job openings, to writing a CV and cover letter, to delivering a strong interview. By forming partnerships to deliver these trainings through public universities and government ministries, EFE-Maroc also enhances the capacity of these local institutions to prepare youth for the workforce in the future.
