Workplace Success
The Workplace Success training is EFE’s flagship soft skills program developed with the leading education publisher McGraw-Hill. The program teaches the soft skills that are in demand in the labor market, including interpersonal communication, teamwork, leadership, initiative and decision-making, critical thinking, problem solving, innovation, time and stress management as well as self-confidence. The program allows youth to strengthen their soft and life skills for greater career readiness.
Sales Force
The Sales Force training was developed in collaboration with experts from Harvard Business School. This program aims to provide beneficiaries with the know-how and essential skills for a successful commercial career. It covers the core techniques of sales and customer service, notably: understanding negotiation mechanisms, mastering argumentation techniques, entering into win-win agreements, learning how to manage conflicts and using the tools of commercial communication.
